AKS TIVENDALE OFFICE COMPLEX
As a newly built office complex, SJS Refrigeration were proud to work with site owners and engineers to ensure maximum air-flow quality and energy efficiency throughout. Works included supply and installation of multiple cassette systems, air-conditioning units, exhaust fans and air grills.
Construction and installation of the club's new cool room and refrigeration system at Lake View Hall, Freds Pass Reserve. Works were completed in conjunction with the Northern Territory Government grants sector.
FINNIS RIVER LODGE
Design and construct a cool room for Finnis River Lodge, a newly established luxury accommodation 100kms south of Darwin. We are pleased to have contributed to the facilities that support their 5-Star fine-dining.
ROYAL FLYING DOCTORS SERVICE
​A mobile Air Conditioning System to assist with stationary work in their Royal Flying Doctors Service planes in the Northern Territory. A local fabrication company helped complete this concept by creating a custom frame to suit the refrigeration unit required.
TIWI ISLAND RETREAT
SJS Refrigeration is the first contractor to install the new Daikin Q Series Zena Split system air conditioners at Tiwi Island Retreat.
These air conditioners are technologically advanced and market leading in energy efficiency. Compact and elegant in design, we enjoyed fitting these units in all accommodation rooms for guest's to enjoy.
